FastEmbeds provides video hosting, processing, playback, embed delivery, watch pages, analytics and related account or operational features.
Features, limits, availability, commercial packaging and technical implementation may evolve as the product develops.
2. Accounts and access
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information used to create and maintain their accounts.
Users should keep their credentials secure and remain responsible for activity taking place through their account unless the issue was caused directly by FastEmbeds.
3. Acceptable use
FastEmbeds may not be used for unlawful activity, malware distribution, impersonation, spam, infringing content, abusive conduct or any activity that threatens the integrity of the service or third parties.
FastEmbeds may restrict, remove, suspend or review content, watch pages, embeds or accounts where abuse, legal risk or platform-integrity concerns arise.
4. User content and operating rights
Users remain responsible for the content they upload, publish or distribute through the service.
By using FastEmbeds, users grant the permissions reasonably required to store, process, transcode, display and deliver uploaded content for the purpose of operating the service.
5. Billing and subscriptions
Pricing, trials, subscriptions, invoices, renewals, cancellations and related commercial states may be governed by the current FastEmbeds commercial setup and any active checkout or billing flow.
During a controlled soft-launch phase, certain commercial functions may be staged, limited or activated progressively.
6. Availability and changes
FastEmbeds does not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. Maintenance, upgrades, incidents, third-party dependencies and abuse controls may affect service behavior.
FastEmbeds may modify, improve, restrict or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.
